builder pack problems

I havent recevied the compenents in my builder pack yet its been over 2 buisness days and the eleven labs credits i ahve still not recieved i ahve written about this twice now and emailed as well the eleven labs credit is very important to my project please send that

    Hey! Where did you put the elevenlabs code. I can't see any field for that in checkout page. Do we have to add aour card info first?

    Hello, Please note that we are waiting to receive more ElevenLabs codes, but we decided to move forward delivering the packs without them. If we receive more we will be sending emails to those that missed them. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you,

    i have a problem with my builder pack i got it but do i need to enter my billing information even to get free access cant i get directly, and if i enter my billing information will the money be deducted after subscription

    Alex C, it looks like you were sent your pack. Can you check your spam folders? If you still don't see it, let us know.

    Pratham, yes. You'll need to follow the instructions provided with billing information and can cancel. This is a fairly common. The rules mention, "NOTE: Additional charges incurred by the Entrant for the use of any tools or products are the responsibility of the Entrant. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their usage of services so as to not incur additional charges."
