Unfair billing

Good day,
I was billed during the hackathon even though your rules mentioned that there was no fee for participation and I still had tokens. I have raised the issue with the Bolt team and have not received any reply not even an acknowledgement of email. Instead while waiting for feedback I have been billed again. This time with a receipt the first there was no receipt. Please help this has turned my hackathon experience into a nightmare.

    Hi Michelle,
    Thank you. As I have mentioned above, I have contacted them and didn't even receive an acknowledgement of my email. I have sent another and copied your support team email, hopefully you can help me resolve this matter that is turning into a nightmare instead of a good hackathon experience.
