Apple rejecting the build for hackathon app

Hello, I have built react native app with bolt that gets rejected by apple. Hackathon submission needs a public URL for judges and I can only provide it once it is approved. Apple is very strict with its approval process and beta applications (which apps usually are in hackathon) do not have a chance to get approved by apple. Can we not invite some email addresses for testing? Else I will not be able to submit this app. Thanks in advance!
