IONOS keeps rejecting domain order

I live in Panama & my actual address is denied from the get-go in the form, before conforming the order, however when I try to use a workaround like using my PO box in the US or my registered agent's address connected to my LLC, my orders get rejected after a substantial amount of time (over 12 hours). I've tried with several payments methods which work for anything else I try to purchase. I've purchased over 20 domain names in the past months without any issues (NOT via IONOS) so I don't understand the issue. Only Customer Service option is CALLING, I don't even have cell phone signal right now (cut by the government because of social unrest!!) so that's not an option. Too bad I'll have to miss the domain name challenge due to this.

    Hi ,

    as i know you don't have to purchase the domain , i mean they gave the participants free one year domain , you can claim it from your builder package you got to your email
