Having trouble claiming the Expo starter pack

My expo code for the starter pack is not working, the message tells me that the code is not the problem

I'm not sure if it's because I signed up first before I claimed the starter pack, any work around on this? If I dont claim the pack its going to take longer to deploy right?

    Hi Harish, Thanks for reaching out! We aren't able to help out too much with their codes so please reach out to their support channels if possible. The instructions on the builder pack included the following: Create an account → Go to Billing → View Plans → Select your account → Upgrade Plan → Enter the code at checkout.
