double sign in ?

if I sign up can I sign up for my little brother who's underage

    Hi Donovan - that's nice of you to help your little bro! The rules allow for a guardian over 18 to participate on behalf of someone underage:
    "Guardians of students under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry);" This means you must sign up for the hackathon, the developer tools, etc. as the adult and submit the project in your name to agree to rules and ToS.
