Bolt Project URL Query

In the Submission Requirements, I have seen this statement: "Provide the Bolt.new project URL (must start with https://bolt.new/~/…)"
Where can i get this url ? Is this the same url where we develop the project on bolt ?

  Also about the bolt.new project url are we suppose to make our project public?

  If you start a new project, then a separate link is created for it. For example, if you open a new chat, you have to submit the URL that is visible in the browser.
