Eleven Labs coupon

I got the coupon on my email, but whenever i try to suscribe it seems to be already a predifinid coupon on that suscription method. Stripe doens´t allow to remove a coupon, so i cannot use the one provided for the hackathon, any solution to this?

    Hi Lautaro!

    Here's a potential workaround, can you please navigate to /signup?coupon=YOUR_COUPON_CODE to override the issue you're facing? (Fill in your coupon code of course :) )

    I'm facing the same issue for Creator mode, there is a coupon already applied by ElevenLabs and am not able to remove and update the ones i have received from Bolt builder pack

    Did you guys try adding the complete string: WORLDSLARGESTHACKATHON-YOUR_COUPON_CODE to the signup url?

    Hello Kannan, The full link would look something like this https://elevenlabs.io/?coupon=YOURUNIQUECODE

    The new instructions are "After signing up for an ElevenLabs account (please choose developer category during sign up), click the above link to redeem the coupon code. After the code has been added to your account, navigate to the subscriptions section (My Workspace > Subscription), and select the Creator tier. The coupon will be automatically added on the checkout page. Please do remember to downgrade to a free account before the coupon runs out to avoid being charged."

    Hello! Just wanted to confirm that this solution worked perfectly.
    I was able to access the coupon benefit by following the updated instructions:

    "After signing up for an ElevenLabs account (select the developer category), click the link to redeem the coupon. Once it's added to your account, go to My Workspace > Subscription and choose the Creator tier. The coupon will be applied automatically at checkout. Don’t forget to downgrade to the free plan before the coupon expires to avoid being charged."
