Confirming eligibility

Good day, I just wanted to confirm if Zimbabwe is eligible: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zimbabwe . From what I have I read it appears that it is eligible but, I just want to make sure, since I have begun the hackathon and am looking to commit substantial resources to it. Thanks, in anticipation.

    Based on location alone, yes Zimbabwe is eligible! Make sure you fit the other criteria.
