Owning our rights to monetize our project built on bolt.new

If we decide to monetize our project after the hackathon, can we do that after the hackathon and retain full ownership of the project in case to raise funds for it or make it commercially available

    Hi Suman!

    Yes, you retain your IP and we love when hackathon projects become future businesses! Here is the main point in the rules:

    "7. Intellectual Property Rights - All Submissions remain the intellectual property of the individuals or organizations that developed them. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the Sponsor will have a fully paid, non-exclusive license to use such entry for judging the entry."
