Does the project have to run in bolt to qualify?

Next.js with Supabase auth fails when using server actions in the Web Container because of 'cookies called outside of scope' error.
This error doesn't occur when ran locally or deployed.
One way to get around this is to use api routes but this only is suitable for client components. Server components require the full path which change with web containers
