eleven labs code not received

I haven't received Eleven Labs code in my Builder Pack. Rest all I have received. What do I do to get it?

  Hello John, Please note that we are waiting to receive more ElevenLabs codes, but we decided to move forward delivering the packs without them. If we receive more we will be sending emails to those that missed them. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you,
