Eleven labs creator tier

how to get eleven labs creator tier , the builder pack has promo code but field to enter is code is only on yearly billed pack where i have to put my card details which might deduct amount from my bank , can you please guide me thought the claim process

    Agreed. There is no place to enter the "promo code" for Eleven Labs. They do not have the promo code field enabled on stripe (the window that pops up)

    From their support articles we are supposed to receive a "link" not a code. The link in our bolt kits goes to the regular elevenlabs subscription page. If you are a new customer your already give 50% off Creator tier and then 2 months off if you go annual but neither of these reflect the commitment for 3 months free per the package. https://help.elevenlabs.io/hc/en-us/articles/28014708462097-How-do-I-use-my-coupon-link
