When or How will we receive bolt builder pack for hackathon?

Is there any requirements or apply point for anything else rather than registering for the hackathon and wait for 3 working days to get the tokens to start working on the project as the time frame to submit the project has been started and still I haven't received the free tokens/bolt builder pack?

And just for the knowledge is there any poc to reach out for bolt builder pack if it takes more than 3 business days?

And one last question I have registered in a team how will my teammates get the access to the project to work on real time together?

I am looking forward for the answers to my questions...please reply if anyone knows...thank you!
