Good question! There aren't guidelines on where/how to deploy, as long as the project is accessible and publicly available. Access can be provided to the Sponsor and Administrator by:
a. Android Applications: Upload an .apk file on the Enter a Submission form or provide a link for downloading the Application in the “Testing Instructions” field on the Enter a Submission form.
b. iOS Applications: If your Application is available on the iTunes App Store provide a link in the “Website URL” field on “Enter a Submission” form. If you charge a fee for downloading your Application, you must provide a promo code.
If your Application is not yet publicly available on the iTunes App Store, you must send a test build to the Administrator before the end of the Hackathon Submission Period using iTunes Connect. Enter the Administrator’s email address to share a build for testing. The Administrator’s iTunes account email is: testing@devpost.com.
c. Web/Mobile Web: Provide a publicly accessible link for accessing your Application.
Best of luck!
